Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby consumers is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly neither their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity can be attributed to:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason to revoke.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sell Like A Professional GmbH, Friedenstraße 50, 42699 Solingen, Germany, phone: 015906389240, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a mailed letter or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but not this is mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will owe you all payments that we receive from you received, including the cost of delivery (excluding the additional costs resulting from you using a different method of delivery than ours have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, delivery of food and beverages and for provision of other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely when we have provided the service in full and we only started to perform the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time your knowledge have confirmed that you exercise your right of withdrawal upon full fulfillment of the contract lose by us.
